An interesting viewpoint...

One of the Florida Representatives who wrote the "Stand Your Ground' law, in fact the prime sponsor, doesn't seem to think it applies to someone who actively pursues someone against police advice then shoots them in 'self-defense'... in fact he believes the only person involved in this altercation who would have been covered by this act was Trayvon Martin. Not really much of a surprise, to me at least.
